In our society where police abuse is blatant and rampant, when you encounter a crime incident particularly those involving cops, record them if you can, take photos if you can. Photos and videos don’t lie.
Amidst the system’s untrustworthiness where lies by the police would prevail if cops are left to their own devices, take pictures. Take videos. We are now our own chroniclers of the truth.
Change your systematic oppression against the people you swore to protect and enforce a better screening process to prevent “a few bad apples” from spoiling the whole basket.

asian lives matter. black lives matter. people of color or victimized everyday for something out of their control. kids who are being KIDS are slaughtered for no reason by those who are sworn to protect. this is the same premise to being part of the lgbtq+ community, and if you are white or white-passing, you are given the privilege to speak up when others can't because you will be the only one heard.
Don't turn a blind eye to those who suffer.
